What it does

A Goods Movement Reference (GMR) brings together the declaration references needed for a vehicle or trailer movement through ports using GVMS. FreightCode can create the GMR, attach the required CDS and NCTS references, show rule failures and track the movement through the GVMS status stages.

Operational value

Operators can manage the declaration and the related vehicle movement in the same system instead of moving between separate services. That reduces repeated data entry, makes missing or invalid references easier to identify, and gives a clearer view of whether a movement is ready to proceed.
